All services are delivered based on agreed scope, package, or proposal.
3. Payments
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before starting any project
- The remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery
- For large-scale projects, payments may be divided into four equal installments (25% each) based on milestones
- Payments are accepted via approved methods (bank transfer, cards, or online gateways)
4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete client satisfaction. Refunds are subject to the following:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- The service has not been delivered as agreed
- The project has not been initiated after receiving the advance payment
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided:
- Once work has started or services are partially/completely delivered
- For customized solutions, digital products, or tailored services
- If issues arise due to incorrect or incomplete client-provided information
- Processing fees, transaction charges, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed, at our sole discretion.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 12–24 hours
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
5. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are communicated in advance. Delays may occur due to:
- Client delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback
- Changes in project scope
- External or unforeseen circumstances
Such delays do not constitute a breach of agreement.
6. Revisions & Scope of Work
- Each service includes a limited number of revisions based on the agreed plan
- Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges
- Major changes after approval will be treated as new work
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Respond to communication and approvals promptly
- Ensure ownership or rights to any materials they provide
Failure to do so may affect project timelines and outcomes.
8. Marketing & Advertising Disclaimer
For marketing, advertising, and SEO services:
- We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or rankings
- Performance depends on external factors including market trends, competition, and platform algorithms
9. Design & Branding
- Final design files will be delivered after full payment
- All concepts remain the property of Stratinex IT until payment is completed
- Unused or rejected concepts remain our intellectual property
10. Web, App & Software Development
- Projects are delivered according to agreed specifications
- Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will require additional cost
- Basic testing is included; ongoing maintenance or updates require a separate agreement unless stated otherwise
11. Video Production
- Revisions are limited to agreed rounds
- Major changes after approval (e.g., script or concept changes) may incur additional charges
- Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats
12. Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of Stratinex IT until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Limitation of Liability
Stratinex IT is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, hosting providers)
- Downtime, algorithm changes, or external service disruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from service usage
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
- These terms are violated
- Payments are not made as agreed
- The client engages in prohibited activities
15. Policy Updates
Stratinex IT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
